The synavision task manager provides the opportunity to create interactive checklists and protocols according to your own wishes by only a few clicks. You decide which information is needed for the different activities. With these checklists, all editors can provide consistent documents for every object and application – e.g. building inspection, maintenance or the detection of defects. You can assign tasks to the different internal and external editors, define deadlines and keep yourself updated with the status of each task.

From the workspace of the synavision test bench you can open the task manager by selecting “Tools” and “synavision task manager”.








A browser window opens up in which you can select the relevant contract and workspace in the upper right corner of the browser. After selecting the two elements, you will be led to the main menu . Here you can choose between different possibilities (see lower figure).
