Specification16Processing_Methodology1

For each facility at least one state space is defined that contains all requested states. At any point of time the facility can only persist wihtin one state.
For each state a number of rules is defined of which all have to be fulfilled as long the facility persists in the respective state.
For each state space, a rule which serves as a state indicator (marker rule) is defined. The state indicator defines in which state within a state space the facility is within each time step by assigning a certain value.

Example for a rule:

I1 < 20

with I1 = ambient temperature

Analysis16Processing_Methodology3

To check the operation, the operational data is assigned to the specified parameters.
The marker rule defines, if a state is valid for the specific point of time.
For each point of time, all rules of the respective state will be analyzed. The state and therefore also the state space are valid if all rules within the present state are valid.

Evaluation16Processing_Methodology5

To evaluate a state space,  the state space will be checked if it has been valid for a certain minimum (e.g. 80%) of all evaluated points of time over a defined period of time (e.g. one day).
